From beginner-friendly baking fundamentals to advanced culinary techniques, our courses offer something for everyone. Guided by professional chefs, you will learn essential skills, discover classic recipes, and enjoy creating delicious food to share with family and friends.

Bake 101: A Daytime Series for Beginners

In this series of three standalone classes, you can register for just one session or join all three for the full baking experience. You’ll learn how to:

  • Make flaky biscuits and tender muffins using foundational mixing methods
  • Create classic pies with pâte brisée dough, streusel toppings, and seasonal fillings
  • Bake crisp biscotti and buttery Hungarian shortbread cookies with a unique twist

Bake 102: A Daytime Series for Intermediate Bakers

Take your baking skills to the next level with this hands-on, chef-led series! Each session in Bake 102 is designed as a standalone one-day class, perfect if you would like to focus on a specific skill or dessert. For those who want the full experience, you can register for all three dates and enjoy the complete series.

Over three engaging workshops, you will learn how to:

  • Master pâte sucrée, lemon custard, silky meringue topping, and frangipane filling
  • Learn the art of baked meringues, gelatin-based mousse, candied nuts and peels, and chocolate garnishes
  • Create classic choux paste with craquelin, filled with caramel pastry cream and finished with whipped topping
